Privacy Policy — EcoSafe Solutions
Effective date: July 25, 2026
EcoSafe Solutions is a brand of Powder River Development Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit ecosafesolutionsusa.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form, request an inspection or quote, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or address, details about the property or service you need, any photos you choose to upload, and your consent choices.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and general location, using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).
Phone calls. We use a third-party call-tracking and analytics service (CallRail) to route and measure phone calls. Calls to or from the numbers on our Site may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping. If you do not wish to be recorded, please tell us or contact us in writing instead.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information, and we ask that you not submit them through our forms.
How we use your information
We use the information to:
- respond to your inquiry and provide, schedule, estimate, and perform the services you request;
- contact you about your request — by phone call, text message, and email — where you have consented (see the SMS/Text Terms and the consent you provide on the form);
- prepare estimates and, if you engage us, perform and administer the work;
- operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- keep records, including records of your consent; and
- comply with law and enforce our Terms.
Calls and text messages
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you at that number, including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and by text message, about your request and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS/Text Terms for details. We keep a record of your consent (the wording shown, the date, and related information) as described below.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- with service providers who work on our behalf and are bound to protect it — for example our call-tracking provider (CallRail), email and messaging providers (Google Workspace (email); SMS provider to be named at A2P 10DLC registration), website hosting and security providers (SiteGround, Cloudflare);
- for legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of you, us, or others; and
- in a business transfer — if the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function, remember your preferences, secure the Site, measure traffic, and attribute inquiries to their source. This includes cookies set by Cloudflare (security/performance), CallRail (call/inquiry attribution), and Google Analytics (GA4), which we use to understand aggregate site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We retain records of your calling/texting consent (the consent text, date, and related data) for as long as reasonably necessary to document that consent.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, and California residents under the CCPA/CPRA, including the categories of information described above. To exercise any right, contact us at [email protected]; we will verify your request as required by law. You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and out of texts by replying STOP.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” shows the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
