Honest answers to the questions we hear most.

What EcoSafe does, where we work, and what happens after you reach out — including the answers that start with “no” or “it depends.”

Services & scope

What does EcoSafe actually do?

One point of contact for five lanes of work: general construction — remodels, additions, and build-outs, where we scope, bid, coordinate permitting where required, and manage the work with a vetted network of trade subcontractors; landscaping & grounds — lawn care, mowing, seasonal cleanups, and weed and grass abatement; snow & ice management; cleaning & turns — turnover, short-term-rental, and common-area cleaning; and property maintenance, including small capital and improvement projects within confirmed scope.

Service availability and trade-specific licensing requirements depend on location and project scope — we confirm both before work begins.

Do you handle water, mold, smoke, or fire damage?

No — that’s not EcoSafe work. Storm, hail, water, mold, smoke, and fire damage is handled by our sister company, Powder River Roofing & Restoration. Tell us what happened and we’ll point you to the right team.

EcoSafe is a scheduled property-services provider, not a 24/7 emergency service. We’d rather say that plainly here than have you find it out during an emergency.

Do you work with property managers and HOAs?

Yes — property managers, HOA boards, and multifamily operators are the work we know best. One relationship covers recurring landscaping and grounds, seasonal snow and ice, turnover and common-area cleaning, and general maintenance and small projects — one point of contact instead of several vendors.

Do you handle recurring service, or only one-time jobs?

Both. Recurring or one-time, the work is coordinated around your property — with follow-up so recurring needs stay on schedule instead of waiting for someone to notice.

Where we work & scheduling

What areas do you serve?

The Front Range corridor — Cheyenne and Laramie on the Wyoming side, Fort Collins and Greeley through Northern Colorado, and east to Sterling and Fort Morgan. Greeley and Weld County is the busiest part of it.

Tell us the property’s city and type, and we’ll confirm honestly whether it’s within current capacity — we’d rather tell you up front than over-promise.

How do I actually reach you?

Two ways. Call (970) 465-9613 — the line is answered 24/7. Or email [email protected] with the property location, property type, the service you need, and preferred timing — we follow up on every request in writing.

What we won’t do is promise an arrival time on the spot. The phone gets you a person; the schedule comes after we’ve confirmed scope and capacity.

What happens after I reach out?

Three steps. Tell us about the property — location, property type, the service you need, and preferred timing. We confirm scope and capacity — and let you know honestly whether the request is within our current service area and capability. Then we schedule, complete, and follow up.

If a request falls outside current capacity, we’ll tell you honestly. A “yes” we can’t staff isn’t a favor to anyone.

Credentials & company

Are you licensed?

The honest answer takes a second longer than “yes.” Neither Wyoming nor Colorado issues a state general-contractor license — licensing here runs city by city, county by county, and trade by trade. That’s why our pages keep saying it: scope, permitting, and trade licensing depend on the jurisdiction and the project, and we confirm what a job requires before work begins.

What we hold: our owner has passed the ICC F11 & F14 National Standard Exams — the credential most local jurisdictions actually ask for — and the company is bonded and insured and veteran-owned.

Who is EcoSafe Solutions?

EcoSafe Solutions is the property-services division of Powder River Development Group, a veteran-owned operating group. Roofing and storm restoration live with our sister companies; EcoSafe is the side that builds, maintains, and keeps properties running.
